To celebrate 4th year of Socrates Magazine we decided to take football spirit, which the magazine often focuses on, and make an embodiment of it. Three legendary names of Turkish football: Metin Oktay, Lefter Küçükandonyanis and Hakki Yenen, who created Turkish football spirit with their talents and characters. These three names, have played in Turkey’s most famous three Football Clubs; Galtasaray , Fenerbahçe and Besiktas, and have left immortal marks in Turkish Football history. There were a piece of them in the trees that grew next to their graves…Socrates Magazine, visited the graves of these three legends. During the visit, we collected the leaves that fell on the graves. We created a project where the leaves could transform and remind football fans the strong emotional connection thay had: We turned the leaves into paper and those papers into immortal posters carrying the name of those Turkish football legends.
